La célébration de l'armistice du 11 novembre 1918 donnera lieu à de nombreuses manifestations avec la participation de Benoit BOUCARD, historien et Président de l'office Culturel du Pays der Duras :
- 7 novembre à 18 h conférence à Miramont de Guyenne avec projection de photos de l'époque
- 9 novembre à 18h30 à Duras : conférence diaporama commenté et exposition
- 11 novembre toute la journée : exposition à Soumensac d'objets d'époque, de souvenirs, dédicaces, rencontres...
